Occasionally Liz Carroll issues composing challenges on her Patreon. I believe this one was to write a tune using only first position on the D string. I translated that to writing a whistle tune with only the first five notes: D, E, F, G, A. When I had it done, I decided it sat better in A instead of D, and transposed it accordingly.

Because of the limitation, I was looking for a name with "Five" in the title. Conveniently, Hassan Haskins scored five touchdowns against Ohio State that week, and I had a name!
